not worth your money
January 2, 2023Stayed from 10/21-3/22 We ran away this place is definitely roach infested and the audacity to raise the rent price when it’s not worth a drive through. Worst place I’ve ever lived you can clean all you want ROACHES, Exterminators hired by the company don’t listen ROACHES , and they never take the trash out the neighborhood on time ROACHES . A new experience
August 4, 2020I was looking to move so I filled out application online. I thought I would get a call back but I had to call them. When I finally received a call back I was told in order for them to process the application I would need to be at the office in person ?. I asked if there was another way to get the information to them? But the representative told me no. She said I would have to bring in everything in myself. I live in a whole different state and I’ve never heard of doing this before. Do you think ...everyone already live in Georgia and no one applies from out of town? November 22, 2019The apartments are beautiful and well up kept, affordable and in a good area. The leasing office is amazing, THEY ANSWER THE PHONES, and are very friendly as well as patient.
