January 6, 2023In general, I am not satisfied with the hallway/elevator/stair/entryway area upkeep. There are several burnt out lights, missing covers, gouges in walls, missing handrail, etc. If these things were to be in a unit, it would be taken care of, but as it's in the hallways, I dont see why this isnt completed/cleaned up/maintained. When I bring guests to my apt, I am often embarrassed by the level of disarray in the hallways. If I had seen this before moving in, I likely would have picked a ...different community.Property Manager Responded
