September 24, 2024Living at The Woods of Burnsville Apartments has been a wonderful experience. The units are large and well-lit with plenty of storage space. Ambient noise from neighbors and outside traffic is minimal. Maintenance is quick to respond to service calls and management is friendly and welcoming.Property Manager Responded

January 6, 2023In general, I am not satisfied with the hallway/elevator/stair/entryway area upkeep. There are several burnt out lights, missing covers, gouges in walls, missing handrail, etc. If these things were to be in a unit, it would be taken care of, but as it's in the hallways, I dont see why this isnt completed/cleaned up/maintained. When I bring guests to my apt, I am often embarrassed by the level of disarray in the hallways. If I had seen this before moving in, I likely would have picked a ...different community.Property Manager Responded
