October 8, 20244.8 stars The managers and office team at The Wyldes have been so amazing helping us get all moved in and settled. They are always available to answer questions and keep going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The reason I am giving our experience a 4.8 so far is because there is no guest parking in the building. Not having the guest parking has made moving in a little challenging as we have people helping us getting settled all week. It would be amazing if we could get a couple spots for ...guests especially during stadium games when there is no option for street parking.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2024All of the looks of luxury living with almost no maintenance. We have a rooftop bar with tvs that don't work (remotes nowhere to be found), a cooking surface that isn't cleaned, hallways that are not maintained, and an absent management team. The concierge tries their best to take care of minor issues, but the problem is much bigger. It's clear that they poured their money into looks and surface appeal. Not a terrible place to live, but not worth your dollar.Property Manager Responded
