Rent keeps going up. Rent keeps going up. They wait for you to sign a new lease, and then a few months later, rent keeps going up. Do I get more for the hike? Nope. Is my fridge still leaking? Yep.

I love it here! The good with the bad!!!! I love how the office staff make great efforts to stay connected with the community! I love how the maintenance crew always stays on top of repairs and outside upkeeps! There is much potential here in Thomas Chase! I hope to become more involved!

Great community to live, they have the greatest staff ever. There staff is very helpful all the time that I visit the office. Maintenance come always the same day and the keep the place nice and pretty. Very peaceful and quiet community. I don't have. Because I matter at Thomas Chase
