Nada que ver este condominio con lo que ves en las fotos la piscina no funciona más de dos años ninguna de las dos el gym no tiene nada para hacer ejercicios múltiples problemas con el agua caliente días me he pasado con agua fría esperando que vengan a resolver el problema , estaría bien si fuera un problema de una sola ves pero no no han sido ni dos ni tres veces que se han presentado este problema sino 5 veces hasta ahora y se demoran mucho en resolver ese problema del agua caliente y se pasan ...
días con el agua fría , todos los meses me aumentan las utilidades, deberían mejorar muchas cosas aquí

Don’t live here

Don’t live here problems never fixed. Roaches come back no matter how clean you are or how much you spray. Also since rain started I’ve had multiple leaks. Office tells me they are looking for best price to fix it. Also I was told only certain units get sprayed for pest Makes no sense.

Don’t do it
May 16, 2020
bad neighborhood. Constant sirens and police activity. People drive 30mph + in the parking lot and almost hit you coming around the corner. Walls very thin & pipes are extremely loud. I can hear my upstairs neighbor shower, and flush the toilet. There is a bug problem. Neighbors smoke weed and you can smell it through the vents. Poorly built renovations, as you can literally hear every single thing the upstairs neighbors do and say. Not worth the price. Management does not respond to emails.

Horrible & Unsafe

No gated community with no night security. So many crime and stranger activities. Rude and unhelpful management. Buggs and dirty pathways, parking, and pool. guaranty you will lose your packages and deliveries with car breaks.

I love my apartment. It is very quiet during the day. at night, and the weekend. The complex sit right on Boulder Highway(the other Las Vegas Strip). It had full size washer and dryer.

Great Apartments!

This apartments complex is around mostly everything you would need. Whether its groceries, fun activities, or personal needs. It's around here somewhere. If what you need is too far there's transportation nearby. Also this apartment complex has resources and activities available for every residence here. There's a computer available for residence who need it. There's a indoor and outdoor pool, sitting area with TV, workout room and restrooms. This place is perfect.

Great Place to Stay

This is the best place to stay they have great amenities in the apartments as well as the amenities everyone is welcome to outside the household. The office staff are lovely and great people you can tell they really care about their tenants. They have little events on special holidays for the kids which is great and the kids love it. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
