September 11, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comRude office staff. I moved in because it was affordable. Rent keeps going up but service keeps going down. Washers/dryers always broken. Very outdated and not worth the money

March 27, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comI moved here because the price was great for the location. Close to everything and a great central location for the Twin Cities. No place is perfect but if I ever had an issue it was resolved immediately. It's obvious the management care about people. That's what I was looking for. A nice personal touch that is hard to find. The caretaker was just that, someone who cared. My job made me relocate otherwise I would have never left.

March 19, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe building is dangerous. Water damage, black mold, plumbing and electrical that are inappropriately fixed by people who are not qualified to make repairs. I had to move out due to water damage from the walls raining. I had to toss most of my stuff in the dumpster from mold contamination. I was month to month and I gave notice. They tried to keep my deposit for water damage to the carpet ?. I had to send them back the email they sent me earlier in the month that explained Tiki would replace the ...molding carpet. My car was broken in to and there was an attempt to steal it. The wires were all ripped out and the car was officially dead. I got a new SUV and it was hit with a brick in the parking lot. They have no cameras in the building, yard or parking lot. I saw a legitimate DEA raid happen here. The hallway always smells like drugs and dirty clothes. My AC was broken for a year and leaking chemicals and hot air in to my unit. There are plenty of people there that are just broke and minding their own business but there are a lot of people who are seriously up to no good. If you care about your health and safety you will avoid this place.Read More
