This complex has terrible management. My boyfriend lived here and they said they would hold a package for him but they stole it and denied ever having it (each employee had a different story as to what happened with the package). He never got back his package or any sort of reimbursement. Additionally, Alden and Channon didn’t wear masks during COVID-19. The management never did a good job of making a protocol to have amenities open during COVID-19, despite other complexes figuring out ways to do ...
this. Their pool was never clean either. This place is way too pricey for what you get (you can find other apartments with just as good location, more space, and better upgrades for cheaper).

Lived here three years. Rats and large bugs, even if you’re clean and you use their pest services. Loud noises. Poor insulation so electric bill is high. Rent is fine. They include cable and wifi in your monthly payment. They’re making renovations now and of course that’s extremely loud and starts at 9am but at least they’re trying to improve something. Apparently there was a change in management in the last year or so. But I’m leaving in a month and can’t wait.

I lived here for almost 2 years while I went to graduate school at UNC. The neighborhood is very quite and I feel safe there. It is so quite that I am able to study at home which was a big deal for me. Management was awesome and I always got any maintenance request taken care of quickly. One of the best things about living there was the proximity to the bus route. Chapel hill has a free bus route that goes to campus among other places (like Franklin street). Coming from a big city, it was ...
