Location is great because its right by I-95, but that is about it. There were gates, but they don't work anymore. The apt is very very old in the inside. The AC machine is older than my father and so are all the appliances. There is no microwave. The bathrooms are very old and dirty, no Clorox, no cleaning acid will clean anything up. You can't clean what needs to be replaced. The staff simply is not concerned with your complains, or even requests, they just want the rent at the end of the month. The Pools are filthy, they never clean it, all the Jacuzzi's are now filled with dirt and there are trees inside of them. Simply, the property owners are just getting the rent money and that is it. Pot wholes on the streets, it is a completely disaster. Again, the only reason I live here its because I don't make more to pay higher. Our refrigaator was leaking for about 3 weeks before they replaced with another old one and took away our ice maker. I had to scream and beg for the staff to come and do regular maintance. I am not a pick person, I understand this is a cheap place, trust me, I get it, but there are some regular services that must be provided no matter what, and the regular of the basic services are not provided in TIVOLI Apartments. Please do your self a favor, live somewhere else.
