Tivoli Springs
August 13, 2015They have finally "painted" the parking lots, but the holes remain. The apartment appliances and cabinets are the originals when they were built. Nothing matches and are completely energy inefficient. The reason I stay is because of the low rent cost. When I moved in, my carpet was very old and never replaced. The air conditioning units are the originals as well and I had to replace my own thermostat as it was mercury and did not keep the temperature in the apartment correctly.Review from Apartments.com
My quaint little home
August 6, 2015This apartment is ideal for the average blue collar worker. just a short drive to the beach as well as various restaurant and supermarkets. an open wall connects the kitchen to the living room making the place seem larger and more open. Bathroom provides long sink area so husband and wife don't wait for each other to finish. Neighborhood is equipped with a pool, tennis court and fitness center as well as a 24 hour maintenance staff to keep the apartment up to date and fix any problem that may ...occur.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
