Easygoing and Secure

With about 16 units, it is a small compound, but a nice one. The pool area is very well kept, and the grill is an excellent new addition. There is generous space in the apartments with large closets. It isn't a new building, but everything is fairly updated and well kept. The management company is good about timely work orders and answering any questions. I enjoy that everyone in the building is fairly laid back and kind to one another. There are security cameras and a gated lot, as well as a ...
front gate, so safety is well taken care of. It's in a family neighborhood area and next to an elementary school as well. There is no central air, which would be the one downside, or fan in the bathroom so we keep the window open for ventilation frequently, but there is an AC unit in the living room for temperature regulation. The onsite property manager does a fantastic job taking care of anything and everything, including the onsite laundry room (2 washers and dryers) and the beautiful landscaping around the building. I've lived here for a while and don't see myself leaving anytime soon.
