August 8, 2015Toscana Villas is an interesting place -- the condos are awesome, the tenants are OK. Condos at this complex are spacious and have nice architecture. Very much like the Spanish villas you'd expect this place to resemble. The tenant population is much like you'd expect from an inner-city neighborhood. Loud cars, loud parties, lots of people smoking all sorts of interesting remedies outside of their homes. Management has done very little to curb this trend, which is why Toscana gets 3/5 stars. ...I'd give it 2 stars, but Toscana also has some interesting perks. For example, one night two years ago, a Police team equipped with two choppers and handguns stormed the apartment in front of ours. That was interesting, and any apartment complex that is able to provide housing AND entertainment, deserves a one-star upgrade. Hence, Toscana gets 3/5 stars. Overall, this place doesn't have a pool or any type of extra amenities. For the price they charge, it seems quite unbelievable. Nevertheless, the condos' spaciousness and build is truly amazing. I believe once management weeds out the "wrong" tenants, this place will be even more awesome. Come check it out!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
