I have been living here for a year. Ms Jean helped me transition into my new place and she was just amazing! She would call me as soon as I put a maintenance request. She was on top of everything and much appreciated! Unfortunately, we got a new manager. Jessie doesn’t reply in a timely manner which is frustrating. I needed to renew my renters insurance and she said if I didn’t I would see $75.00 fee to my rent. I renewed it and sent her the information she needed and she still added the fee a ...

week later. My AC motor stopped working in the middle of August. It is October and it still has yet to be fixed. I understand the ordering process was delayed and apparently the wrong one was ordered. But they said they had more parts coming 9/16 but I have yet to get anything installed and it is now 10/03. If this has happened to another unit then why weren’t these parts ordered in advance to prevent inconvenience to another tenant? Maintenance comes in whenever (doesn’t leave a notice) but leaves your lights on and things out of place. Besides horrible communication and not having maintenance available when you need it most, I like the location in Matthews. It is just upsetting to have to go through this long wait and lack of communication.
