Roach infested apartments. Stay Away

They have a real problem with bugs and pests. Management does nothing. They have a contract but he comes out infrequently and the manager is absolutely USELESS. They can't keep staff and your apartment will not get the attention it needs. STAY AWAY IT'S A DUMP PURE AND SIMPLE.

Emergencies take 4-7 days to address. They can't keep staff. There is always something wrong with my apartment. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.

The management and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and attentive to residents' needs. The residents know them and they know the residents. The building is in the heart of downtown Ypsi with a bus line right outside the door. The building itself is clean and the landscaping outside is beautiful. And because it's income based, more seniors are able to be housed without spending their entire income. We need more places like this and more staff like Ms. Johnson and Ms. Hill.

The staff seem dedicated to the residents. Work orders are done usually within 24-48 hours. The office and maintenance staff are easy to approach. Apartment is in downtown Ypsilanti, close to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend living here.
