        From the Mountain of trash that birds feast on to the nonexistent maintenance department and leasing agents, your dream home will soon become a nightmare. For the amount you pay in rent all of the maintenance issues and living restrictions shouldn’t be a factor. No grilling, no community area, no pool, you have spickets installed but only some neighbors are allowed to wash their cars.
