I plan on renewing our lease. Everyone is kind. Rent pricing is reasonable given the location. Our unit is everything I was expecting and more. I'd recommend Meadowland. Just be wary of the shooting range noise.

I love this apartment it’s very spacious and the living room is big I love the storage space in the back patio I also love the fact that is has two bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the units it also comes with a dishwasher so I don’t have to wash my dishes by hand I love the fact that the manager is polite and respectful and she returns emails and calls in a timely manner very sweet and nice she tells you the whole run down about everything wish is very good all managers don’t do that it’s a ...

This is the least 'peaceful' place I've ever lived.

Their voicemail says 'peaceful community'. It is the opposite.
One would think I'm referring to the gun range right behind us, which is assuredly very loud, but one can almost get used to those pops.
I am referring to the people who live here. I have been verbally assaulted on multiple occasions, even in front of my young son.
There is also one neighbor who insists on walking up and down in front of all the apartments, pulling an enormous speaker, blasting music. I have asked him to turn it ...
down. I have seen other neighbors do so as well. He yells at us to say it's his right, and continues yelling at whoever addresses him.
If he's not yelling at one of us, he's yelling at himself.
I have notified management of the verbal harassment and the public nuisance. Nothing has been done.
Trust me, you DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE.

My wife and I have lived here for 5 years. We are very happy with the level of service we have received. The appartments have changed hands but maintained their service. Our repair requests have been addressed in a timely manner, and resolved without a hassle. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a moderately priced housing solution.

Andre did amazing from showing the apartment to get the paperwork done and then walking me through it . Also after I moved in He and John
made sure that all any maintenance concerns I had were fixed immediately. They had REDONE the apartments from the appliances to carpet and floors.
