April 30, 2020I love our two bedroom! Every place has bugs, but I combat them with Boric acid and bam no more! New carpet fresh paint. Quiet ppl. They just added a dog park!! Nice management !Review from Apartments.com
Do not rent from these apartments
November 11, 2018Apt complex turned my air off in the middle of the summer in order to get me to leave before filing eviction. Apts will hold you accountable for having former tenants that has been evicted on your property. Maintenance do not respond in a timely fashion. When I first got the apt on day one I had a major roach infestation and had to repeatedly complain and all they did was take a hundred dollars off of my next months rent and told me I had to bomb my own apt. I moved my belongings in that morning ...and when I returned that evening roaches were climbing all over my bed and walls. Roaches were all on the kitchen ceiling to the point they were falling on my head. Roaches somehow got in the refrigerator and I would constantly see them smashed between the inside door of the refrigerator. Roaches would fall on my head while cooking and covered the new food I had bought. Apt complex did reimburse me for my food and for the products I had to buy to get them out of there. Roach problem calmed down but never went completely away. Pest control is suppose to come every other Thursday but only came once the entire time I lived there. My vehicle was broken into and was severely damaged due to someone trying to Hotwire it. Rent varies month to month. You pay automatically for pest control once a month but they rarely ever show up. Patio ground is completely broken up and very old looking. The price is definitely not worth the apartments. The only upside is there are a lot of places in walking distances. Wingstop, McDonalds, Family dollar and more. I had to utilize this when I had to junk my vehicle due to it not being able to be fixed. The staff in the office do not care about the tenants whatsoever. Worst place to live They also keep the pools very dirty. I got a skin infection (cellulitis) from swimming in their pool and went to the hospital a few days later. I had a fever and had a bump on my stomach that held a lot of puss under the skin by the third day of me hoping it would get better the area on my stomach was super red and had a major ring around the infected area. I had chills and was told it was cellulitis. Doctor prescribe me antibiotic and it cleared up in a week. But honestly it wouldn’t have happened if they cleaned the pools. October 7, 2017DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE LISTEN TO ME. THE ROACHES CRAWL EVERYWHERE IN YOUR BED ALL OVER YOUR FOOD WHILE YOU ARE TRYING TO COOK. ALL OVER YOUR FUNRNITURE! All over you . They show you a apartment with no roaches then out you in a apartment with roaches. Don't stay here. The maintenance sucks save your money and go elsewhere I wish some one would have warned me. September 5, 2017I have water damages and mold in my bedroom since June and they still will not repair it and now there's even more damage due to Harvey. Manager Blanca said she will not authorize repairs until I pay rent for September. Good Balance Apartment
October 12, 2015This apartment complex has a good balance in price and things that make living here a great experience. The landlord provides a gym, laundry and the administration office in a great way, all together. We can also enjoy having everything close: department stores, clinic, fast food, banks, schools even a great museum. For that reason, I not worry when my car does not want to run. Could be better
October 4, 2015The units are nice but the parking is terrible. Majority of the time you can't find parking at all after a certain time of day which makes it difficult for people getting off late at night. Needs better Management
August 14, 2015The complex is just average and could really use some work to upgrade them.They were built many years ago and they are getting pretty old.The best thing is they are located right down the street from the Humble police department,which keeps most criminals away.I also love the fact that they are in walking distance of may stores,such as Family dollar,CVS,Walgrens and Home Depot.There are also all sorts of eating places in walking distance also.The big problem now is that they are going up with the ...rent now.I was paying $876.00 and just five days ago,I was informed that I will be paying $977.00 if I sign a 13 month lease or if no lease is signed,the rent will be $1,977.00 per month to month.Needless to say I am looking for another home because I am on Social Security Disability and can no way afford these prices.I would love to stay,but simply can not.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
