I have lived in these apartments for 4years The plumbing never works right. You have tons of roaches to deal with. The the they charge you for pest control. But I've never had a pest control. Come into my apartment except for one time in the past four years It's supposed to be all bills paid, but they're charging Water, Storm water ,electric, sewer and "gas". But everything in the apartment is electric. Charging me a gas maintenance fee as I stayed again. Everything is electric that I've seen so ...
far .And store water admin fee which I don't understand either.I had to put a one star review. Because you can't put a 0 star review. I am hoping. That I am out of this apartment at the end of my list. I will never recommend this apartment to anyone ever again.

DO NOT MOVE HERE? I lived in these apartments for two years and they were horrible. The management was not very concerned with complaints or work orders. I put in the same work order for a bathroom leak throughout the the two years that I was there. They did not completely fix it until I called the City of Mesquite. My husband’s car was vandalized and they gave us the run around to get the camera footage. They also towed our rental when we put out car in the shop. There was also a bad roach ...
problem. I literally had to request for pest control services weekly. The neighbors played mariachi music loudly all night long and left beer cans everywhere. If you do move here please be sure to document every experience you have with the management because they will lie and tell you different stuff.

I have been a residence here for ten years and it is worsening.This complex uses parking violations to hustle their longtime faithful residents in paying for reserve parking. $25.00 per spot. multiply that times 600 and you'll get an Idea of how this scam works. They even tow residents parked in visitors lanes. They are not at all concern about the residents. There's street fighting and theft theft in the facility.
