The location cannot be beat if you go to texas state. I would recommend this residential place to all my friends. I also really enjoy the customer service they provide me each time we talk. I also have heard good things about maintenance from my friends that already live here. I cant wait for next august!

I have lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed my time here. The maintenance team is extremely helpful. The location is right across from campus so it's easy for me to get to my classes. Any time I have had to contact the leasing office they have been friendly. I would recomend.

Treehouse is such a great place to live! The rent is affordable and doesn’t feel as though your breaking the bank each month. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The apartments are clean and well kept too! If you ever have an issue maintenance is always there to fix the issue and are very nice and polite. Overall great place to live!

I lived at this place for 1 year. All apartments are full of Bedbugs. When I complained about the place they did not even bother to respond. So I decided to terminate my lease which management did not approved and asked for 3 moths rent. It was disaster to live here.
