Water is essentially poison
August 29, 2023If I could give negative stars I would, the water smells like sulfur and iron. Even worse every now and then it spits black goo. This is isn’t even suitable for dogs let alone a human. The landlord has not done anything. Save your money and health and rent elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
Beware: water quality issues (well water)
August 6, 2023Please note that the last review was from 2015. It is not disclosed to potential renters that the water is well and either the water heater or the water is not unkept. It smells of rotten eggs and it permeates through the house if washing dishes or taking a shower. You will likely feel safer purchasing your own water which adds to your expense of living here.Review from Apartments.com
Quite, Secluded, Country Side
July 28, 2015My Apartment complex on the outskirts of town. It is quiet and we have never had any problems here. We have lived here for almost 6 years now. Its one of those places that you could leave your door unlocked and no one is going to mess with you. My neighbors are awesome. We all look out for each other and help each other out. The only thing I wish we had was a pool. LoL.Review from Apartments.com
