So first, this is the worst place to live. You are so close to your neighbor that any smell comes into your unit. Barely any parking for you because no one is considerate of you. The dumpster on the pioneer property is always overflowing. You will see cockroaches and a lot of ants and flies. If you are in units 1 or 2 on Pioneer, you will have it the worst. AC or heater goes out, good luck. Will take months to fix. Dishwasher was out the night we moved in, put 3 request in. Nothing . Mold grew ...
in there and still nothing. Neighbors a few houses back had rats. The back yards are so close that whatever your neighbor has, you will have. Rats , roaches , whatever. The houses arents sealed from the outside also so expect to see a lot of pest. We moved into a roach infested house. Couldn't even sleep our first night. Had roaches in the baby crib , pantry, fridge , cabinets and even bathrooms. I promise , it is not worth the stress. I was so happy to move . The sad part is, a lot of people are content living in those conditions. Which is bad if you are like us and very clean. No matter how much you clean , it wont feel clean. Good luck and you have been warned.
