I have lived here since 2014 and at first thought I would not renew my lease because I was not happy and did not feel safe. Now I feel like I will be here for as long as they will have me!! The girls in the office are great. Maintenance is a little slow sometimes, but they have alot to do so it's understandable and they get it done. Overall, I would recommend this complex to all my family and friends or anyone looking for a nice affordable place to live.

The office staff sas very informative and welcoming. The maintenance staff obviously does a great job at keeping the property clean. And the tenants that walked in while I was there seemed so happy and the girls in the office treated them very nice. I want to live there.

I have been living here for a few months now and I LOVE this place. Is like living in a dream. My grandchildren come to visit me very often because they say ...grandma live in Disney Hotel. They love coming over here and pretend they are at Disney they make their own story and play their own game. They called this place their home and not because it is grandma place it is because they feel free and Happy. For them this is not just any place,its a place for relax and be free and they are not the ...

My sisters from church they also LOVE coming to visit me and spend time here because they say its very pleasant and comfortable and quiet because you dont even hear a fly. When I couldn't find a home anywhere else for my family due to poor credit I'd all but given up until I was accepted by Tuscan Isle apartments. I moved into a great 2 bed 2 bath that my family could afford with dedicated assistance from the staff. Not all the appliances are the newest, but they do work and if they quit at any time the maintenance staff is quick to fix or replace them as needed.
