Poor Maintenance

I would like to say these maintenance man doesn't do anything but ride around on the golf carts all day just picking up trash.
residents that also live here made multiple complaints about how poor of a job the maintenance people do
they never do the job right,
\we always call and no one never shows up until the next day or even if they do "decide to come" and "fix" it, they don't
my complaint is that I have made more than 12 complaints about my water, the toilet is leaking, the shower head ...
needs repairing, and the window seals keeps coming off, I don't know if they're just putting school glue to just cover it up but every time they do it- it just smell like fresh new paint+ I live in an disable unit, after they do a job that we repeatedly ask them to fix on something they just half-done they don't know how to clean up after themselves.
