URSA is amazing
June 26, 2025I would strongly recommend living at Ursa! The front desk employees and maintenance guys are super friendly and provide a warm, home-feeling experience. One of the managers, audrey, is very sweet and is friends with everyone. You can always go to her with anything on your mind. The pool is awesome too. Do not live here if you value your privacy, safety, or being treated with basic respect as a tenant.
June 13, 2025Management at this property has repeatedly shown a disregard for tenant rights and lease obligations. Earlier this semester, they failed to remove an unauthorized occupant from my apartment who was stealing from me and my roommates, and only took action after outside pressure was applied. More recently, they entered my apartment without notice or consent to retrieve a package that they themselves had misdelivered to my designated locker. I had retrieved the package mistakenly and had it in my ...possession for less than 24 hours before they entered my unit and took it — without informing me or giving proper legal notice. When I raised concerns, I was met with blame and condescension rather than accountability. The pattern of unprofessionalism, failure to enforce basic lease terms fairly, and lack of respect for tenants’ privacy makes it clear that this is not a property that prioritizes resident well-being. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Love living here
May 14, 2025Me and my friends love living at Ursa! The free shuttle service is so convenient bc parking on campus can be tough! I also love the upgraded study rooms which are open 24/7 and even have free printing available so I don’t have to go to campus. The staff has done a really great job at keeping up with the property, we’ve had no issues with maintenance and they seem to really care about their residents. Lived at URSA for 2 years
April 6, 2022The first year in a town home was fine, the second year in a flat was less enjoyable. Unclean rooms when we moved in, broken applicants and week to month wait times to get things fixed made for a very unpleasant move in.Review from Apartments.com
