Ainsleigh and Bobbie have been so kind during my move in process! They have been upfront about everything, answered the millions of questions I had, and they have made moving into Union Heights a breeze! The feeling of community here is undeniable. I love the openness to customizing the units as well. It’s so nice to live in a place where you can paint the walls, decorate, and even change the shower head!

I have had a great stay at this apt. Complex, they are always doing something to get everybody involved , even though my schedule won't allow me to be at these get together, i believe its a good way to meet your neighbor, cause you never know what networking can open up, many possibilities..So don't be shy , say hi..

The place is clean. Anyone I’ve met has been pleasant. There’s a little dog park. It IS little but it’s big enough for a few dogs to wrastle or okay fetch.
Pool seems very well maintained. Honestly the whole place does. I don’t believe I saw a single piece of trash anywhere my first couple days.
Then, after, as I got more familiar w the place I did notice a few scraps of paper etc… nothing major.
It feels like not only mgmt, but also the residents want to enjoy a well kept safe place.

A few years ago I had thought I was getting a good deal and moved to a different apartment complex- I thought they were all the same -I was so wrong and after that lease was up I came right back to Union Heights. I am loving this community so far. I can't believe how peacefully it is here. I am always looking forward to the hot tub.
