This is my second semester at University Forest Apartments, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how clean the apartments are, maintenance and staff are very helpful as well. One of my biggest concerns moving into an apartment was bug infestations but I’ve had no issues with that and their pest control sprays about every month or so which is a big plus. It’s super close to the university and the area is beautiful, also located with some restaurants, fast food, and a few different gyms within 10 ...

It’s no 5-star hotel by any means, but it’s a convenient distance away from campus and the RAs are great. Maintenance issues get looked at and solved almost immediately, which is very very awesome. I wish I had been able to goto more of the clubhouse events, they seemed pretty fun.

When it’s good it’s good. However there have been repetitive issues with the hot water going out and some theft has occurred and there aren’t enough cameras on the property
