March 25, 2026This is my second semester at University Forest Apartments, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how clean the apartments are, maintenance and staff are very helpful as well. One of my biggest concerns moving into an apartment was bug infestations but I’ve had no issues with that and their pest control sprays about every month or so which is a big plus. It’s super close to the university and the area is beautiful, also located with some restaurants, fast food, and a few different gyms within 10 ...min walking distance.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 25, 2026It’s no 5-star hotel by any means, but it’s a convenient distance away from campus and the RAs are great. Maintenance issues get looked at and solved almost immediately, which is very very awesome. I wish I had been able to goto more of the clubhouse events, they seemed pretty fun.Review from Apartments.com

October 11, 2025Staff is nice. Apartment is in a convenient location. Close to stores, but not very loud. They hold events for residents which is fun. Buildings may need a bit of cleaning, but maintenance takes care of the important stuff quickly.Property Manager Responded
