I recently toured this property as I am looking to move from out of state. The staff is super helpful and accommodating. Mary was very sweet and professional. (Surprisingly this is hard to come across these days). I really like the floor plans and I’m definitely considering this as my next home.

Your Worst Mistake ...

The second worst apartment I've stayed at and I've rented with 14 apartments in my lifetime. Cockroaches and bug infestations every other week, horrible communication with management, and virtually no AC in the summer. The apartment temperature would be 83 degrees at 4am and that's with sun blocking curtains throughout the entire unit!!!! I'd rather sleep in a homeless ridden dump than do this again.

Roaches everywhere, not worth the price

There is a roach infestation, management doesn’t take it seriously. The pest control used clearly isn’t effective. Rent has gone up $500 in 3 years with no renovations made to the apt at all. With cheaper places around in better condition I would suggest staying away

Great location with lots of skate and food spots around. There’s a place to grill and a nice pool. The updated laundry rooms are a lot better too. The apartments are low cost for their location which is great as well.

This place is trash, roaches treat this place like a palace to nest and live in. Management will overcharge you and come up with a million excuses before they will refund the excess. You basically have to harrass them to do their job and they even will question if your a resident even though they see you daily. The old Management was cheap but at least they where nice and seemed to care. These new people paint the building and think they can raise the rent exuberantly

the management team is wildly apathetic and dismissive of issues. my dishwasher never worked the entire time i lived there, and management never considered it enough of an issue to fix/replace it. the apartment was also infested with roaches, even after hounding the leasing office to send an exterminator weekly, the issue was never resolved. you CANNOT break your lease, no matter what. so for the love of god do not sign with these people. no matter how cheap it is, do NOT give them a single ...
