New building with nice interiors and close to everything. Would have loved to stay here, but had to move for work. Definitely recommend.

Although the building does have some downfalls (noisy at times, no central AC), it was a good place to live. The inside has nice new features and it was easy for me to get to work.

I have absolutely loved living at Uptown 11. It is a combination of the perfect location (close to grocery stores, waterfront, and Seattle Center) and a great apartment. My apartment was filled with lots of natural light, a GORGEOUS island (many delicious meals were cooked on it!), and overall a great place to live! The staff was always extremely helpful and were always very friendly. There was a little bit of street noise at times, but that's the price you pay for living in the city. I highly ...

Public elevator open to thieves and drug users. Residents feel at risk when calling elevator late at night due to thieves and drug users in elevator. Packages stolen from residents due to public elevator

Thank you for your feedback.
As this was a time when the building was first built/established, there are many security features that have been added since. The elevator is now secured through a fob system, there are security cameras throughout the property, and there is a security company patrolling the premises.
We are continuously working to improve any arising security gaps and work hard to make Uptown 11 a great place to call home.
