Very poor management, price keeps going up
May 1, 2023Lived here for years the rent more than doubled, much like the rest of the area, but what you don't see in the advertised price is the additional fees that include things like water/sewer, convenience, maintenance, pest control but worst of all a trash bill that cost $75 every single month (used to have a madantory $25 a month valet trash service on top of that that almost never showed up). So not only do they raise the rent price every single lease but you are required to pay an additional ...$150-$200 every single month on top of rent. As for the management there is one person who runs the office 99% of the time, if they can't make it in for the day then they close the whole office down. They aren't very knowledgable at their job as they can't answer what should be basic questions nor deal with problems you might be having with your unit or get back to you as to when those problems will be addressed. In which it often taking weeks for maintenance to address any kind of issues which are constant with their "premium appliances" that constantly have problems, they come to patch them up and a few months go by until they break down again. Management unfortunately just comes off as not caring and is an absolute pain to deal with if you ever have a problem with your apartment that I would very much recommend to look elsewhere. As for the amenities the pool has not been in use for multiple years now, something they advertise but it's still currently under maintenance same goes for the spa. The gym is tiny and you are only allowed to use if the office manager let's you in. The BBQ pit is more of the same you can not use without permission, again the management has to give you access to using it in which they don't work weekends so forget about using it then. Even the front gate is constantly broken either from it breaking down or people ramming it to get it because it won't open. The only good thing I can say about these apartments is they are some of the cheaper ones you will find that are located in a nice neighborhood unfortunately that does lure in some trouble and Sparks police are in the complex at almost a weekly basis because of domesitc calls or violent disturbances like gunshots.Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2015I've only been here a short while but I can say without a doubt, this complex is Awesome! Conveniently located to shopping, yet, away from the congestion of traffic. The staff is friendly, professional and on top of management. The grounds are professionally groomed regularly and kept in tip top shape. A friendly, quiet, wholesome gated community. I am in a 2bdrm unit. Exceptionally roomy, 2 full baths, full size washer/dryer. Plenty of closet space that includes a walk-in closet in the master. ...Very clean, updated and laid out very well.
