Very clean building, good location that's walking distance to everything downtown, and, for me personally, the garage is a huge plus. I have several vehicles and didn't want them sitting outside in the elements, and they offer what they call "tandem" spots, which are basically 2 spots facing each other. They also have storage units in the parking garages and on the residential floors. I love getting coffee in the morning downstairs (its free!), and often relax in the hot tub later in the ...
evening. I was very worried about noise when I came here because I'm a light sleeper. Usually I shy away from apartments, but it has been pretty quiet here. They close the courtyards and hot tub late at night so people cannot congregate in the common areas and make noise the rest of the building can hear.
I've been living here a couple months and would definitely recommend living here.
