If you get a ground unit, be wary of transient folk that walk through to the adjacent wooded area especially now that landlord isn't onsite keeping things safe (don't leave out anything you don't want stolen). Shared laundry on each floor is the only amenity. Another thing to note! You can hardly receive packages here! Front door is locked, which I like until I realized that amazon, ups, fed ex can't get in. No buzzer either!!!So guests must call you on cell to let you know they're out front to be let in. (Little things I didn't think to look for before moving in after traveling across the country.)
