Poor Management and maintenance personnel
December 19, 2022Some of the units have been refreshed. However, there is a severe roach problem. The maintenance personnel have no credentials for the job, they are just people who live in the apartment complex. Seth has hired these people to save money for the property management. The stairwell was filthy and the lawn area infront of the windows had old appliances from the apartments. I'm so glad I was able to get out of my lease. There were so many issues with the apartment, that Seth didn't want want to ...repair at the time so my lease was annulled. This is a lower end neighborhood and I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I know the rent is less expensive than most places, however, sometimes, you get what you pay for. Stay away, dint let the fresh paint, new appliances and carpet fool you!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
