You cannot find a better value than here. The bedrooms are spacious, the one and a half bath is great. It's quiet and friendly. Everyone keeps their front doors and windows decorated so it's a nice looking community!

Great 2 bdrm apartment!! I love that they have wall to wall carpets, is pet friendly and has a good amount of space!! Everything is close and my daughter loves her school!! The staff is great and responds very fast!! Love this neighborhood and the neighbors are friendly. If you are looking for something affordable with a great atmosphere I definitely recommend!!

Officially 6 YEARS!!!! My small family and I, slice of heaven. Ashly is dope! Kane is PHENOMENAL! and this is not a paid review to be clear. Unsure why others rate below a 4 star because I've stayed in some other places prior to Valley Brook and let me tell you, 6 years, says enough. Consider the source sometimes regarding negative reviews. The humbled tenants are appreciative at all costs, 1200 sq. ft..

because not everyone have the same perspective neither appreciation. Since I've been here, this place has been very reasonable and considerate. NOT one issue that would have me leaving a bad review. I cannot say enough good things about Valley Brook. I needed a place fast and was running out of time. Ashley the property manager was absolutely amazing and got me in. I have been there 2 years and it's been nothing but great! I have recommended Valley Brook to my friends and family. Any maintenance issue is resolved very quickly I have never had an issue with things being fixed. Everyone is so incredibly nice.

I currently live here and am going on 3 years! We are really loving it! Any problems are dealt with in a timely manner and the location manager is very friendly and courteous. We are literally down in a small valley and surrounded by sooo many trees! I went from waking up to seeing my former neighbor's roof to waking up now to seeing beautiful trees and the sky.
The ONLY downside is that only a select few homes have washer and dryer hook ups. They do not all have them and there is no laundry ...
facility on site. There is a laundry mat around the corner so it's all good, but it would be convenient to have one on site.

I love living here! I moved here in May of 2018 and have almost no issues whatsoever. The ladies at the office were very nice and cooperative. The actual apartment is beautiful, especially for the price. The second bedroom is about the same size as the master. The walls are thick so you cannot hear the people in the unit next to you. It is quiet and hidden down here. In the winter, the hill is not an issue. The only problem I seem to have is with maintenance fixing issues in a timely manner. At ...
first, they were on top of things. They even helped me hook up my dryer. But now, I have been waiting almost a month for a call back. People get busy though and I'm sure they'll get to me soon enough!

I have lived here for 4 years and there has been 3 fires with electrical issues. The apartments have caught fire. The fire dept did contact the housing authority about this issue but the complex has done nothing. You put a work order in to Kim or Tori and it takes weeks for it to get fixed!! STAY AWAY!!!! Code enforcement is looking into this complex as well.

The price is wonderful for what you get at these townhouses. Spacious for me and my husband, probably not for a whole family. Maintenance is friendly and comes when you need them. The units could probably use updated kitchens, but other than that no problems. Neighbors respect curfew, and the area is literally 5 minutes from the beach.
