A nice place visually, not a nice to live

Here is my experience living here:
- A tenant stalked me and smashed my car window because I reported them, management did nothing
- From my perspective, tenants get away from stomping, explicitly on purpose, to prove a point, but "it's my dog" gets away with it. Curious though how about a 200lb point of contact is blamed on a dog, but I guess that's not my expertise
- Force them to sign an addendum to release you of penalties since it's likely your directly above you tenant will abuse where ...
they are and get away with everything
- It's a nice area, but clientele is sub-par, you won't find a nice locale for food anywhere in the vicinity
**If you're going to skip everything, just read this, you NEED the addendum for the above tenant noise abuse. To ignore this is them taking advantage of their "rights" and ignoring yours entirely.
**If apartments.com would like to exclude this review, then they will be liable to legal review and consequence as this review doesn't break any policy of theirs.**
