Unprofessional dirty infested with roaches and outside rats that come in your apartment if you leave your porch door open. Dirty neighbors awful awful . In my unit when he was given to me you could tell there's insects under the paint you can tell there's hair from the previous tenants under the paint awful dirty job everything was used nothing was brand new in my apartment that even the door knobs I had a 2-in cap under my front door where anything could come in.no weather stripping I had to ...
do that myself. The dishwashers looks like it got installed in the 1990s as well and the fridge too. Horrible feels unsafe with all the homeless people on the other side of the wall by the wash jumping over the showering by the pool area.

Infested with roaches

Since day one I had multiple roaches appearing in the kitchen sinks and bedrooms. The only pro is they sent out pest control every two weeks. It don’t matter how clean you are almost twelve months later they are still here. Poorly upgraded. I received a 1990 dishwasher that never worked. Lifting on countertops from previous tenants which they said they would change but never did. They gave me my apartment late and manager is very unprofessional.

I lived in the apartment complex for a year and the whole year I lived with rats. I contacted the manager many times with emails and the issue was never solved. It was so bad that it got tot the point rats where walking on my bed. I tried to move out but they would charge me a fee for moving out before the expiration of the contract. The rats would be in my kitchen, bedroom and living room. I’d find rat poop everywhere.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all.. Really Poor maintenance,i had to put work order in bunch of times to try to get ac to work and water leaks in the apt and worst it was summer time,
..Secondly theres alot of robberies in this complex they broke into my truck 3 times including other people that i knoe there !
I Will always pay rent ON TIME but still kept getting eviction notice trying to send me to court ..
They didnt seem like they knew what they were doing

I advised them with my 30 day noticed due to my contract ending but yet still manage to charge me late fees nd rent for the upcoming month ..i kept recieving calls they will send me to collections if i dont pay .. Not professional whatsoever

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in.They never fix anything! You have to ask them a million times to get anything done.And when you go to the office to ask why nothing was fixed,the management act clueless about it.They really need to hire people who actually act like they care about the people who live on their property. If it wasn't for the people who rent the apartments. They would be out of a job.No I wouldn't recommend living here to anyone !!!

Ever since I moved here in Jan 2014 its been hard for the maintenance person to complete a job without having to return to redo job for a second or a third time. Work orders are not done on time, you think a work order has been done on the date you request a service, but to your surprise when asking a week later when they will be by to fix something, you get a lame answer from maintenance guy of never receiving an order for your request or staff in office just stating "I called him" but then ...
again in this apartment complex the maintenance guy is the son to manager so they keep rolling the ball back and forth between each other with no avail to issues and maintenance guy probably thinks he can do as he pleases since he's related to manager...ugh it gets frustrating at times, but I don't feel as bad my neighbor has been here 2yrs and is still waiting on things to be fixed. Overall the apartments are okay and the people here are okay to talk to. :/

I just would like to say that I would recommend Pecos Terrace Apts to my friends and family. When you walk in the office they always greet me and know me by my first name and not by apt number. Maint staff have been wonderful on completing work orders fast. I would also like to thank the property manager Tammy she has turned pecos terrace around very nice to see. Current Resident Adriana!!!
