  • The Best Apartments I’ve Lived In

    This place is amazing. It has so many different floors plans to choose from. The amenities are great and new and even includes a pool which is rare in the East Village. The staff is so friendly and nice every time I’ve interacted with them. I’d recommend Velocity to anyone!!!

    It looks nice and the amenities are good, but the windows are cheap and inefficient, the walls are thin enough that I can hear my neighbor regularly, and the management is super shady.

    Lots of near by shops, stores, coffee shops, restaurants and activities, plus it's very close to downtown. Love living at Velocity with all it has to offer. Gym, yoga studio, pool, and roof top views!

    Love living at velocity. Our apartment is spacious and modern. Dog friendly community with the river trail near by to walk your dogs. Management is prompt with any questions. Community room is beautiful and in immaculate condition, perfect place to do homework or catch up with a friend. No complaints!

    Building is brand new. Appliances are great. There are a ton of amenities (public meeting spaces, rooftop, game room, pool, workout room, yoga studio, etc.). The building is in a great neighborhood - East Village. Management and maintenance staff are very kinda and extremely responsive. Would highly recommend.

    Love this building! I looked at a lot pf places online and toured 4 places in person and decided to move in here! I have a studio, and I really enjoy the layout and the kitchen is really big and designed really well. I also really like the modern feel with the fresh cabinets and exposed ductwork. The in-unit washer dryer is amazing, and there is so much storage. The building management is so helpful and friendly, and there is a lot more of a neighborly feeling than many other places I have lived. ...
    Amenities include gym, yoga room, club room, rooftop with grills, pool, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, bike storage and the building is pet-friendly!

    If you are looking for a modern, up beat, community based and amenitites to die for Velocity is your next apartment. The sleek design of every detail says just how much thought went into how someone should feel at every turn. The pool is looking great and I can’t wait for it to open. The space is amazing. The ceilings are high! The outdoor and indoor community areas are beautiful and accommodating! Plus walking distance to just about everything is so easy! Come join us!!!

    We toured about a dozen apartments and scoured downtown before we decided on Velocity. The views are gorgeous, the apartment is quiet, and the amenities are great--pool, yoga room, rooftop, weekly socials. We love that it's right in the east village-walking distance to everything, but enough away that parking isn't as hectic.

    After touring other Downtown properties, it’s difficult to top Velocity! The apartments are gorgeous (perfect finishes and top appliances) and offer amazing views of the city. The amenities are also a huge bonus- Velocity has a rooftop patio, an outdoor pool, 2 club rooms, gym and yoga studio! Management is extremely helpful and helpful. Best apartment complex downtown, hands down.

    Velocity is a great apartment complex to live in! They have a nice (but small) weight room, yoga room - with an outdoor deck, pool and pool room, and some great social nights during the week. The apartment building has a very modern feel and people are impressed when they visit us here. The price is consistent with anything you'll find downtown, but the quality is great! Management and maintenance have been very responsive and helpful with any requests!

    This place rocks! The workout room and yoga studio are great. Plenty of equipment so you don’t have to spend a bunch of money on a gym membership. They treat us to dinner and drinks on Tuesdays and are always emailing us with different perks they’ve lined up. So happy we made the move to Velocity!
