Ive lived her for 6 years and am disappointed
July 18, 2018I am paying the same rent for the people that have the upgraded apartments (I’ve been here for 6 years). My fridge is 22 years old, and so are my oven and microwave. They have upgraded everything else, just not me. I’m also upset by the water being turned off every other week. They are not doing the maintenance apparently, and that pures the residents out for the time they need to repair a leak. I would love to stay, because it’s convenient and the views are great, but the appliances and upgrades ...are to be desired. I don’t think I should be paying the same for another renter that is paying for upgrades. I made this apparent to the staff and they told me to apply for another apartment with a fee. Hidden cost
June 14, 2018Moved out after 4 years at Ventana and there are the hidden charges of $600 my Direct deposit went toward that charge and I left with $484 to pay. One of the charges that I'm sure there was no damage was the counters charge of $190 and when I called to ask about it I got an attitude of the IQ data international lady that's associated with Ventana, by saying "I'm wasting her time and my time" well she's getting paid for her time and she was the one wasting my time by not answering my questions.. ...I asked for pictures to prove the damage and said we don't have it and if I don't pay it I will be contact by the collection agency.. November 9, 2017We have lived at Ventana Apartments for over 5 years now. We love living here and hope to stay indefinitely. The on site management and maintenance crew are consistently friendly and very helpful. Nick is our go to maintenance associate. His skills are topnotch, he is always professional while kind and considerate. The units are well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The grounds and parking areas are kept clean and safe with plenty of lighting throughout. Any issues we experience are ...addressed quickly and efficiently. Great place, questinable staff
July 25, 2015My experience at ventana for the most part has been very pleasant. The only downside is that staff. It seems as if o not temps work there and it's difficult trying to get a hold of the right person for certain things. When we first moved in, we were not shown the unit because it wasn't cleaned , but we WERE told it would be exactly like the model apartment. It wasn't. We discussed this with the front office staff and they said they would get back to us. Friendly Staff, great value for the area
July 22, 2015The Ventana Luxury Apartments complex is situated near the corner of Thunderbird Road and 94th Street. Assigned parking is one covered space per unit, however, there is ample uncovered parking for guests and additional vehicles. I live in a one-bedroom unit that is spacious and has an enormous storage space off of the balcony. The bathroom of the unit is deep inside the bedroom, and is not accessible unless walking through the bedroom. Cable connections are ready in the living room and ...bedroom. The kitchen is galley style, with the washer and dryer in a closet off of the kitchen. The appliances are dated, as is the carpeting in my unit. The termostat looks like the original - and is likely inefficient. The walk in closet is very large, and an additional coat closet is situated adjacent to the front door. The unit is nicely laid out. Amenities include two separate pools on the grounds of the complex; one of which is heated. There are also grilling stations throughout the complex. Car wash bays are available, and there is a decent fitness room, which is equally dated to the appliances in my unit. It's not the newest stuff, but it works just fine. Very friendly and attentive staff. No complaints there. Easy online payment of rent with auto-pay feature as to avoid having to mail in checks or mark the calendar.
