The apartments are nice, but they got me when they showed me the swimming pool. Ventura Green swimming pool will be my mini vacation this summer.

Might as well remove the picture of the pool. It's been out of service for at least two seasons. Neighborhood is alright. Haven't had any issues. Their "prizes" for renewing your lease are a joke. They hire cut rate contractors that do sub-par work when it's something their maintenance crew can't do. It is about the lowest prices in town but you're getting what you pay for.

Since we moved here. Our lives went to homebound to getting out and about and a new car my son who is 15 is doing the best he ever done. With a great library just next door. This has been the BEST place to live. My little family couldn't be happpier! The girls up front are so kind and honest. Plus they have monthly door prizes sometimes.

We've lived here for three years. Before the owner now , and the management now , it was a little rough. However, for almost two years it's been very pleasant. Our townhouse is beautiful and Maintenance is always on point. The ladies in the office are also professional and pleasant.

Lived here for a year. This will be my second year. At first had minor issues, but over all maintenance is great. There is a gentlemen there who works very hard to make you pleased.
