Overpriced and Underdeliverd

The apartments are way too expensive for the amenities they provide. The heating system is old and doesn’t work properly and hikes up your electric bill. They have a no opt out trash policy that charges $25 to have your trash taken out from your front door, but they rarely pick out the trash. The trash just sits out for days and eventually you’ll have to throw it out but still pay the service fee every month. I have asked them repeatedly to fix this but the management asks the residents to ...
contact the third party service provider ourselves. There is barely any equipment in gym and they don’t work 90% of the time. They take days to fix it and it’s such a waste. The pool is also sometimes dirty.

I lived here with my family and really enjoyed the place. It was nice and cozy and management and maintenance were both great and very helpful. We would've stayed longer if it weren't for space but the amenities offered were great and easily accessible.

Amazing to live here

Management is very nice. Angelica and Christopher were the best managers we've experienced in our three years living there. Any issues with the property were resolved right away and the maintenance team was really nice and worked quickly. We only moved out due to space as we are a family with pets but if we had the space we needed, we would have definitely stayed.

Please Don’t Live Here

They are under new Management and the new management is worse than the previous management. The outdoor lights haven’t worked for over a year and no one cares to get it fixed. So many people have left this place because Alicia (the current Manager) could care less about any of your concerns. It’s in a great location but please don’t do it because you will be so disappointed. When my lease is up, I can’t wait to get out of here! It’s horrible here!

Leasing office didn't show up for appointment

This review is just for the leasing office. I called Avana Pleasanton and scheduled an appointment for a self-guided tour. They confirmed that the leasing office is open on Saturdays and I received a confirmation for my appointment. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the leasing office at 1:45pm and the leasing office was locked. would be there shortly. 15 minutes goes by and no one arrives at the leasing office. I call again and this time I'm connected with Erin. I inform her of the situation and she tells me she would contact the property manager again and that she would call me back to confirm that the property manager is on their way or if the leasing office was closed. Another 15 minutes pass and I do not receive a call back or anyone arrives at the office. From my guess, it looks like this leasing office is not actually open on the weekends.
