Rent is lost in the mail and you are charged late fees. They refuse to accept rent payment through the office or dropbox.must be mailed. Heater is turned on 10 months a year and are charged 50.00 to turn it on sooner apartments get up to 90 degrees pets are let loose and sometimes attack other tenants. Very unprofessional apartments are small no lighting and are usually very hot. There's be a news article by kfox where multiple tenants rent has been lost and we are held liable for any late fees ...
and are threatened with eviction. Overall bad experience i can't name anything good about this complex

Extremely unprofessional. I had to turn in my keys on a Friday at 3:45pm. The manager Mary had called in and my appointment was changed without any notice. I show up on Friday, after already letting her know I was on my way, to the surprise that she wasn’t even there. They couldn’t let me know that the appointment was changed. Nothing in the apartment is broken at all and they still want to charge me $300. The lightbulbs in the restroom have been changed but since they weren’t special type of ...
light bulbs they are charging me $60 for four lightbulbs. Cops are always at the property and there is no parking spots after 7pm. If I could rate them below poor, I would. Extremely dissatisfied.
