Look elsewhere
August 17, 2022Beware of this place. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Yes it’s nice when you tour and move in but give it some time to see it’s true colors. Fire alarms go off at all times of the night, people don’t pick up after their pets, fly infestations , trash smells awful in the parking garage . Had issues with the toilet when we first moved in and took about month for it to get fixed , went back and forth between maintenance and a plumber . There are better places out there and offices who actually care ...about their tentants .Property Manager Responded

Long term renter
August 8, 2022Been at the Verge for 3 1/2 years now and there really are a lot of amenities that keep us here. Big plus is the trash valet and pools. Grounds are kept up and the management office is quick to respond whenever there’s an issue.Property Manager Responded
