Look elsewhere

Beware of this place. It’s all smoke and mirrors. Yes it’s nice when you tour and move in but give it some time to see it’s true colors. Fire alarms go off at all times of the night, people don’t pick up after their pets, fly infestations , trash smells awful in the parking garage . Had issues with the toilet when we first moved in and took about month for it to get fixed , went back and forth between maintenance and a plumber . There are better places out there and offices who actually care ...
about their tentants .

Been at the Verge for 3 1/2 years now and there really are a lot of amenities that keep us here. Big plus is the trash valet and pools. Grounds are kept up and the management office is quick to respond whenever there’s an issue.

Overall a great place to live. We would like to see more attention paid to security. Many times it’s easy to see someone waiting for a resident to enter the gated parking garage just to follow them to gain access.

The Verge Apartment has virtually everything a renter could want within a luxurious modern designed building. The amenities are vast and nowhere near limited. Staff are eager to assist with any issue. Located near grocery stores and restaurants within 10 minute walking distance. Pleasantly surprised with what is provided with The Verge Apartments.
