At one point, I attempted to break my lease due to the ongoing roach infestation and requested a health department inspection. Following this, the property manager left an eviction notice on my door requiring that I clear the infestation myself, despite the issue being present from the day I moved in. After move-out, I made multiple requests for assistance in obtaining contact information and the return of my security deposit. More than 30 days passed with no deposit returned and no written notice of deductions. Despite repeated follow-ups, no meaningful guidance or resolution was provided. I am now forced to take time off work and proceed with further action to recover my full deposit. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property or its management to future renters. The lack of responsiveness, transparency, and follow-through made this a very difficult rental experience, and these issues should be considered carefully by anyone considering this property.
