  • So Much Wasted Potential

    Like my headline states, Versailles Apartments are the epitome of wasted potential. Clearly the landlords, property rights holders, or leasing company have decided that ruining the property while squeezing out as much profit as possible instead of making money while also having a respectable name is the route they'd prefer to take. Its located off of E State, right near some of the best shopping and easy to access restaurants in the area. There are multiple gyms near by, as well as hospitals and ...
    care centers. Ten minutes away is both a mall and a movie theater. This is a prime location. On top of that they at one point had an on property swimming pool. But as I said before, they'd rather kill the property while squeezing out as much money as they can instead of maintain the property while also making money. The pool I mentioned before fell into disrepair during Covid lockdowns. Eventually becoming a borderline swamp with ducks living in it, and racoons making homes around it: the water such a muddy color that you wouldn't be able to see your reflection in it. The roads and parking lock are cracked, falling apart. The sides of the buildings are covered in cheap plastic blinds that are broke and barely hanging on. The inside hallways of the apartments have stained carpets. There are no security cameras on the inside of the buildings with the exception of the main building. This has lead to packages being stollen with management refusing to do anything about it. Maintence does not care for any orders. I put in a request, as well as made multiple calls, about broken appliances in my unit and there has been zero follow up. Mind you, that it has been over a month. Multiple residents have complained about their floors falling through and having weak spots that feel as though you can fall right through. Again, nothing is being done about this. This is a complete waste for what could be a beautiful property and one that could be highly sought after. Instead it is falling apart, filled with mold, crumbling infrastructure, and a staff that does not care.

    I have lived here for about a year and plan to stay for at least another year. I truly believe that these are some of the best apartments for the price, you get a lot for what you pay. Pros: affordable, great property manager/office staff, maintenance is quick, quiet, laundry in the building with an elevator to the basement so no lugging laundry baskets up and down the stairs, pet-friendly, good location, very spacious, friendly neighbors, safe, good jogging neighborhood just a parking lot ...
    away, Cons: when it rains there are giant puddles at every entrance; so you'll need rain boots to get in and out or be good at jumping puddles (and with rain my patio becomes completely unusable with several inches of water right up to the door), the pool was never open in 2020 with management citing covid restrictions but I have heard from others that the pool wasn't open in 2019 either so if that is important to you then you may want to look into other options, the parking lot is a little rough.

    Me and daughter has been living here for about 2 years now and we love it here. All of the shopping areas are close by, plus some of the best schools are only minutes away. But the staff Tina and Anthony are the MOST AMAZING people ever. Anthony always goes over and beyond for his tenants and always fixes things at a decent time frame. He's very helpful and always makes sure that the building is clean and kept up well. Tina always comes up with great games ideals for tenants to mingle with one ...
    another and get to know one another. She always puts out monthly newsletters letting the tenants know what's going on in the community for each month and always giving the tenants holiday/cooking ideals. She is kind, understsnding and has alot of patience when she's dealing with one or more issues. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this place to anyone who looking for a place to stay. It's comfortable, great neighbors, great employees, and it's affordable..I give Versailles Place 5 stars

    I love the extra work they put into making your rental a great experience. Tina and Anthony are fantastic...each month Tina writes a newsletter of helpful hints and events to take advantage of in the area. She has also had special days to stop by the office for treats such as Taco Day or donuts for special occasions. During the summer she helped plan for fitness exercises at the pool.How she handles all this is amazing..She is right on the ball to list apartments as they come available.And ...
