HORRIBLE PROPERTY

The pool is a lost amenity. The new owners only take checks and do little to no maintenance. The vacancy rate is approaching 25% since they’ve taken over. No communication. No updates. They’ve given out memos with actual lies. I have no idea why they bought this place, they should be retired! Move in here and suffer in Phoenix.

The interiors are cool and recently updated, but the property itself is a little weird. The listings mentioned a pool which they had photos of, but it’s empty and I saw a dead bird in it. A resident said it’s been empty for ages. We’re like the hottest city in the county. If you have a pool, in the ground, why would you take that amenity away? There are more properties closer to Central with pools, fitness centers and well-kept grounds for around the same price. Rents should be lower here with no ...
