The first night seemed like sleeping at a hotel. Most of the nights it's quiet, but randomly the children play outside and make noise. There is one and two bedroom apartments. My mom and I rent for $795 a month which comes with a laundry room downstairs, air conditioning, parking space, and insect terminator. The kitchen and the restroom are tile and the rest of the house is carpet. The trash i put in the alleys dumpster.
