Awful place to live. Moved in and nothing was clean. Food left in cupboards, floors, carpets, ceilings, tubs, fridge, everything was dirty. Cob webs everywhere. Pipes broken. Floor boards needed replaced because it wasn’t installed correctly where I could eventually have fallen through. Tons of holes everywhere. Counter tops not glued down. Caulking need put in. Baseboards smelled like cat urine. Entire apartment smelled like cat urine for months until they came in with a machine to eliminate ...
smells. Mice droppings when I moved in. Asked for an exterminator right away and they ignored my complaint for monthssss. And it only got worse where I Caught over 20 mice. And then continued to hear them. Filed a complaint and they finally got someone out to fix some holes (not all) and get an exterminator. Management ignored emails. Regional manager was unprofessional over the phone about the mice and tried to gaslight me into saying maintenance saw no signs of rodents when I have pictures of mice droppings, holes, and mice I have caught. My apartment door has been unlocked in the middle of the night. My car was broken into as well as my neighbors my neighbors below me have had nice issues for two years. Maintenance also comes into your home without 24 hour notice and even when you mark don’t come in with out me present when you make a maintenance request. Don’t live here if you want peace of mind. Everyone ends up moving because it’s awful.

I have lived here for over a year, and will be leaving asap! Do not rent here!!! There are mice just recently. Management is unreliable and almost never in office, so you can’t use any amenities if they are not present. Since living here, property manager has changed 5 times. Maintenance man gave weird vibes and constantly said inappropriate comments. My car was has been broken into at least 4x due to homeless people nearby. In the winter, there was a point I went over a week with no warm water ...

Terrible management. They never pick or return calls, they never reply their emails. They keep apartments under vacancies on their website even after they have been rented out. Very unprofessional and incompetent management personnel. I highly do not recommend.

I went on tour with the “Saturday girl” loved the apartment tour so much, she was a little helpful I wish she knew more and that’s not her fault. I even emailed them afterwards with my decision on moving in I never got a answer back, come to find out the email on the website is not the current email. Building and experience started out great; we loved our apartment, it was affordable, and close to school. After the old landlord left and problems started happening, the new management was completely incompetent and had no idea how to solve any problems, nor were they willing. Several health code violations occurred, and were not solved nor taken seriously. Truly, it was disgusting. Mice were EVERYWHERE, including our apartment which was on the THIRD floor. And it took management/maintenance ...
weeks before they "solved" the problem. This is the place for you if you like living with every pest imaginable (i.e. a literal zoo), and managers who don't take you seriously or do their job!
