These apartments are very old so naturally you will experience a lot of issues with plumbing, electric, ect. The 2 pools are out of service and have been for years, there are no security cameras anywhere so if you are a victim of theft or your property is damaged there's nothing the apartment managers can do for you. The laundry room is small and not very good. There are people here that have several big vicious dogs as pets even though pets aren't allowed. The worst thing is that these ...
apartments are infested with German cockroaches and I'm talking about some big ones the size of your thumb. The fact the they have been raising the rent is absolutely ridiculous. Pay more for what? No security, ghetto neighbors, no pools and cockroaches?

The Villa De Leon apartments Are a beautiful and quality built complex. Each resident gets the privilege of their own private courtyard! The perfect place to host guests or enjoy the beauty that the surrounding nature has to offer. Management staff are very kind and attentive. And the property has never looked dirty, it's always clean. Five out of five stars, would highly recommend!
