Not very good
March 31, 2025These apartments are very old so naturally you will experience a lot of issues with plumbing, electric, ect. The 2 pools are out of service and have been for years, there are no security cameras anywhere so if you are a victim of theft or your property is damaged there's nothing the apartment managers can do for you. The laundry room is small and not very good. There are people here that have several big vicious dogs as pets even though pets aren't allowed. The worst thing is that these ...apartments are infested with German cockroaches and I'm talking about some big ones the size of your thumb. The fact the they have been raising the rent is absolutely ridiculous. Pay more for what? No security, ghetto neighbors, no pools and cockroaches?Property Manager Responded
April 25, 2025While certain things are out of our control, we certainly strive to make Ville De Leon Apartments a great, clean, safe place to live for our families. All units are sprayed monthly for unwanted pests. If you still have issues with pests, we strongly encourage you to contact the apartment manager for additional treatment. As far as theft, you can certainly make a claim on your renters insurance policy, under your personal property coverage. Ring door cameras have proven to be a great way for you to monitor your patio as well. Regarding pets, you are correct, we have a no pet policy. However, the law states that we can not deny an ESA animal with proper documentation. If you experience an aggressive animal, contact the office immediately, so that we can address the situation.

November 7, 2024The Villa De Leon apartments Are a beautiful and quality built complex. Each resident gets the privilege of their own private courtyard! The perfect place to host guests or enjoy the beauty that the surrounding nature has to offer. Management staff are very kind and attentive.
