Nice neighbors. Secure complex consists of a former nursing home,eh? Units are a single lg. one (1) bedroom, sm. kitchen with gas range/oven, energy saver fridge, full bath/shower combo, includes basic cable from bright house. (Satellite install not allowed) resident / onsite maintenance worker hrs are 8-5 Monday thru Friday. Pest control service avail.
