Beautiful View of Bay Area

This is a beautiful apartment with large windows & view of San Francisco Bay Area. What make this Apartment so bad is the landlord & owner!!!! The landlord/manager is nasty & when you complain to the owner about the property being poorly maintained you get no reply or ugly stairs from the landlord/manager. At one point the landlord/manger had a 50 pound Rottweiler living in his studio that he would tie up out my apartment window; A dog that big needs a yard to run in and live with a person ...
