Moved into a studio apartment and its a really great space and everything is new and in great condition. I love that there is a pool and a workout area ( when it opens up after the pandemic) and gated parking too making it feel a lot safer. Ana is amazing and helped me through the whole process of applying and moving in. I am really happy I ended up here and look forward to staying :)

I love this place!

It’s so calm and peaceful. I never have a problem with the noise. My mainence requests are always handled within 24 hours. Staff is very friendly and the new remodel looks great! I’ve been living here for about 4 months now and I recommend Villa Regia to all my friends and family!

Exorbitant rents horrible plumbing no security
July 28, 2017
The rent being asked is extreme overpriced by $200-$300 a month. The hot water and plumbing is a catastrophe, water is shut off every second week without time to make arrangements. For years plumbing companies have been called out and band aid repairs done which break repeatedly. Security is non existent with managers renting to shady persons who take off with the keys when evicted coming back to break in and rob apartments using the stolen keys. Non stop strangers coming in and out on BMX bikes ...
with backpacks, heading to certain apartments stashing their packs full of meth and pipes in the laundry rooms and destroying the washing machines. Owners have changed hands every two years as they find it impossible to manage.

Don't rent here, just don't. Maintenance is inconsistent, management companies and ownership change frequently. Single pane windows allow neighborhood sounds in so you hear everything all the time.
