The main building is infested with rats and management ignores tenants calls. Move here if you want poor living conditions, lack of communication and up charged rent.

When I moved into the apartment, it was very clean and everything was brand new and freshly remodeled. I really enjoyed living there in the area was amazing and very close to downtown and very peaceful. The neighbors were great and they even gave me a complimentary washer and dryer when most apartment units have to use the ones that are shared. Moved out with no issues and everything went very smoothly.

The day we moved in in September 2021, there was a mystery brown liquid coming UP THROUGH the floor. This was only the beginning. The windows are painted shut but not sealed, so the cockroaches and geckos can still get in. Their maintenance people are from Texas, so they have to fly them in to get any work done which takes way longer than it should (which is at no fault to maintenance, they do everything they can). The roof leaked and dripped down into our bedroom through the ceiling and there is ...

no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and both of these factors contribute to excessive amounts of BLACK MOLD. We terminated our lease early because we both suffered from severe mold poisoning and had to receive medical treatment for the contamination. Even after Villa Rica was made aware of our medical conditions and received correspondence detailing our conditions, they still tried to charge us several thousand more dollars - until we had to hire a lawyer. Do not live here, I would have rather camped out in a tent at the park across the street than deal with them.

I really liked the location and it was very inexpensive since I'm young and work close to where I live but for 6 months the refrigerator didn't work and the landlord didn't bother to replace it once I let him know. Never clean the surrounding area and didn't take care of their tenants! I'm writing this for not only win the free rent of course and it will really help but to warn all single, young, college girls out there. Thank you!
